at the end of 2012, the company also closed on the acquisition of Industrial Process
Equipment Group, adding nearly 50 associates and three new locations. According to
a statement submitted to Industrial Distribution, “The addition of IPEG solidifies OTC
as one of the region’s largest industrial pump distributors and service providers.”

last year, however the company has increased sales by $13 million.
